A prep area, arched windows, terrazzo farm sink and a hearth stove surround made with reclaimed Chicago street brick make this new kitchen warm and inviting. Reclaimed wood floors add character to this rich red living room which is centered around a carved limestone mantle. The hearth side seating area has massive old beams and aged wood floors. A mural of old Naperville accentuates the architectural elements of this classic staircase. Imagine a relaxing soak in the Koehler's Vintage pedistal bath. A two-sided fireplace enhances both the bath and master bedroom.
